  5. for Watcom C/C++ and DOS/4GW Rational System DOS-Extender.
  6.     This code have been tested with TASM 3.2 and 4.0, Watcom C/C++ 9.5,
  7. DOS4GW 1.9 and 1.95, and with the Sound Blaster 2.01.
